1. Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful personal or business-information purposes. You must not attempt to damage, disable or interfere with the website or use it for unlawful purposes.
2. Information only — no professional reliance
Website content is general information, not legal, tax, investment, accounting or other regulated professional advice. Although we aim to keep it accurate and useful, decisions should not be based on website content alone where professional advice is appropriate.
3. Client engagements and scope
Advisory, consulting and writing services are provided only under separately agreed written terms. Those terms will normally identify the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timing, assumptions and any material exclusions. Nothing on this website by itself creates a client relationship.
4. Fees and payment
Where a fixed fee is published, including the $2,500 Business Fix, the fee applies to the stated scope. Payment may be requested in advance or in agreed stages. We may accept card payment through Stripe and bank transfer through Wise. Detailed payment instructions are provided for each engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, text, graphics, logos, downloadable resources and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Stutely & Associates Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use public material for ordinary personal or internal business reference, but may not republish, sell or commercially exploit it without permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during genuine client enquiries and engagements with care. Formal confidentiality obligations for a client engagement are governed by the relevant written agreement.
7. Website availability and liability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability arising solely from reliance on general website content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
